I received money from a "buyer" a couple months ago, but I had no idea what it was for. When they filed a dispute, I asked them what it was they thought they purchased (since I haven't sold anything to anyone in their country), but they refused to answer. I added money to my account for a refund and I thought that was the end of it. Well I wake up today and find out that I've been charged a dispute fee? I'm concerned mostly because I never sold this person anything and I'm worried they might be a scammer, but paypal is doing nothing to help me.
