My customer opened 37 disputes in 10 second and he told me his account was hacked.

Hello,
I need help. One of my customer opened 37 disputes in 10 second for the amount of ~440eru and my balance went to minus now.
I'm talking with him right now and he told me that he didn't do that and his account was hacked. 
Also all my partners who's have some payment's from this guy got a disputes too
What shoud we do now with that? How we can resolve this problems?
