I had a buyer dispute payment on an item received. We discussed and we agreed partial refund of $200 but the buyer says there is no where on the page to accept the offer. Is this a known issue with PayPal? Can I cancel the offer and just issue the partial refund and hope that they resolve the case on their side once it’s done? Why does PayPal give an option to send an offer but not allow the other party to accept? Anyone else have this issue?
Anybody? Does anyone from PayPal monitor this? Since I can’t chat, I get no reply to messages, hold times are insane it would be nice if a pp rep were reviewing this forum. I need to know why a buyer can’t accept an offer of a partial refund we discussed?
