Lost money

I sent someone some shoes and she sent me the money through PayPal business. I received an email sent to my junk folder telling me the money is temporarily on hold but it isn’t showing up on my PayPal account anywhere. The shoes were received by her seven days ago and I haven’t recieved anything to say when the money will enter my account so I don’t know if it’s just gone missing or will enter at some point. Does anyone know?
