someone who bought from me has opened a dispute and the cost of the item (£188) was taken from my paypal account, so i went into minus. i thought that was the refund complete however i cannot make an offer or mark the item as refunded without having £188 in my account. this would mean that the money will been taken from my account twice? what will i do
