I sold my in-game item worth 43usd to a buyer. After I gave him the item he ask paypal for refund and write I didn't gave him the item. I send all my proof to paypal but the guy still get refunded by paypal. Now my paypal balance is negative I still have bills to pay. What should I do to get back my money.
