I received a "personal payment" for a virtual service delivered recently, then after some weeks, the person requested for chargeback. I was not willing to refund initially, so I responded that the service has been delivered in the dispute. However, now, I don't have the time and can't go through the stress of disputing anymore; I want to refund. The question is; how long do I need to wait before the buyer responds to my message in the resolution center and I can tell him that I'm now refunding to get the case resolved?
