How do I change order address on Transaction page?

Hello,

How can I change the order shipping address on Transaction page?

Let's say we have the following case: Customers realize they filled in a wrong shipping address and want to update. I can do this on my product provider page, but I can't find how to change it on the PayPal Transaction page. Does this mean that I will lose Seller protection? Because on this page, it is said that: Seller Protection Eligible when you ... 

• Ship to the address on this page. (but I need to change the address, and I can't on PayPal transaction page

A buyer can't change an address once they have paid.

They would need to change it OR add a gift address and select that when they checkout to pay.

If they have paid then you have the option to refund and request that they do that and  then pay again.

You can also use Paypal ship now ,then you can change his address and your address but then you get no seller protection
