Buyer bought an Ebay item that was for local delivery. He paid vie PayPal and mentioned he would pay for shipping charges.
I quoted shipping charges. He approved charges. He paid via PayPal the shipping charges. I shipped and sent tracking number. I have proof of shipment.
At this time buyer went back to PayPal and mentioned he did not authorize the transaction.
PayPal took the money out of my account and charged me an additional $20.
How can I get this corrected?
