Hi! I got scammed by a guy who bought my gaming headset. I handed the headset to the courier (he is like 400 km away from me) and said he will give me 60 euro paypal. Now I requested the money from him, but nothing. I spoke with him through mail, but nothing. Can I recover the money somehow? My headset is already gone, and I can't do anything.
Nope. Have to be sure you receive payment first before shipping. Money requests/invoices have to be marked "Paid" AND a separate "Payment Received" entry would also have appeared on your PayPal account activity if buyer really sent payment. Perhaps file a police report if buyer is within your country but PayPal can't do anything since the buyer didn't make payment.
