I received an email from PayPal telling me there was 'Unusual activity in your Paypal account'. I then noticed a company I had purchased spam software from had taken a second payment for a greater amount off of me. I contacted PayPal, this went to the resolution centre. Paypal got back to me to say that the transaction was authorised. If I did authorise this why did pay pal email me to say there was unusual activity. Paypal seem to be covering up a breach in their security by throwing this back at me. I am deeply concerned that they are not replying to my concerns.
