Evidence of fraud committed by PayPal has been noticed and reported to the the international Cyber Policing Organization (that I work for)
Paypal states:
If you paid with a debit card, the payment is refunded to your debit card. If the refund cannot be processed to your debit card, it will be applied to your PayPal balance.
Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card issuer involved.

Did not agree to their funds taking up to 30 days to transfer back to a credit card. International law states the funds should be returned to a customer within 72 hours. Our team is investigating.
Money must be transferred immediately to clear up this case.
