Fraud activity for the 3rd time

I really need help. There has been multiple transactions made this year on my paypal. I called paypal once and they easily helped. The second time it was a struggle because they were not going to help. Paypal is not open this weekend. There is over a thousand dollar transaction and I have no clue what it’s going to pull money out of. My bank or PayPal’s money? Please help. I don’t have a virus. I reinstalled windows. Somebody keeps changing my phone number and address.

I want to talk to a real live person. This is greatly affecting my business. I have received another payment through PayPal Payment Pro and after having what appears to be another fraudulent transaction I am very frustrated. After 19 years I may have to change payment providers.
