I have no tracking details or anything... i fell as if he's trying to scam me for a refund... as he's an "unconfirmed" I have no idea what to do... please can someone help me.

PayPal does allow 180 days after the date of purchase to open a dispute. If this person did purchase from you and he or she is within the 180 day window, they can open a dispute requesting a refund. It's really an unfair policy for sellers but, the details are outlined in the User Agreement.
