Hello members. A client made a payment to me about a week ago but today filed a dispute claiming he never authorized that payment. How do we solve such issues now bearing in mind I offered consultation services via whatsapp... All our communication and screenshot of evidence of payment were sent by the client via WhatsApp. How and where do I respond to the support team so they can release the money to me? Thanks
