I am a Twitch streamer, and one of my viewers is disputing their donations to me.
This is the first time this has ever happened to me. It’s for over $3,500 worth of donations over approx 20 transactions.
My PayPal account is a Business Account.
If I respond to the dispute, will my viewer receive my full legal name? I would rather just issue a refund and protect my full name / identity than keep the money and risk exposing my name.

Hello @UltravioletEle,
Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent donation. Normally, the info registered under Business Information is what is shared during the transaction and dispute process. Here are a few resources you may find useful:
How do I respond to a PayPal dispute filed by my buyer?
How do I issue a full refund for a dispute?
I hope that helps and best wishes with that dispute,
- Jon K
