I had a dispute with a buyer last week claiming the shoes he received were fake, saying a lot of bad things about the shoes and requested a refund . When I submitted pictures of the shoes and the box in perfect condition Pay Pal decided for the buyer to send back the shoes so he can receive his refund BUT he just sent a box with clothes . The case is due March 24th and the tracking number says it's been delivered . AGAIN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHOES/ITEMS !! i would love to receive help from the community if HELP even exists in this dilemma .
