Customer engaged in fraud by cancelling payment

Looking for some help here. We've had a customer pay with PayPal for a service. They used the service then cancelled payment. All PayPal tells us to do is chase the customer even though they were implicit in this fraud. We are talking $940 so its pretty serious for our small business.


Anyone businesses had any experience like this? Is there a way of contacting PayPal, or any point for that matter. We feel very let down by PayPal.
