If someone files a claim against me saying they didn't receive an item but I shipped it and USPS lost it, does the refund come from my balance or does paypal pay it

Hi @Boymama528,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, if you shipped an item that has been lost by the courier, you would be considered liable for the refund. You can also contact the courier to file a claim with them and request a refund from them. Here is more information on our Seller Protection policy.
I hope this helps!
Martina
