A few months ago one of the buyers bought four games from me and he said that he did not buy this and his account had been hacked. and After he said that he wanted those games. but i refund his money
Because of that refund money he got angry with me and bought mini products and gave me negative feedback. After a long week this month he opened a paypal case for the cheap products . and the paypal refund his money. and they get a chargeback fee for it usd 40 for a usd 4.
Because of that my paypal is showing a negative balance. please help me to resolve this issue.
