Changing collection only to delivery

A buyer asked for delivery of a collection only item. Is it safe to give email to get postage fees? Purchase of the item has been paid successfully, could i still be scammed?

You could refund and then send an invoice or money request or full payment, making sure you fully describe the item you are selling.

As for getting scammed you would need to read up on seller protection so you can risk assess any sales transactions.
