Buyer opened a claim several weeks ago literally minutes after purchase on eBay and claimed it was an unauthorised payment so i immediately accepted the claim and refunded via the PayPal case (had email and everything) but now today they have opened the case again stating the item has not arrived!?
The amount is £695.95 so I'm very concerned that it will cost me money i don't have and that I have already returned!! I have sent screenshots and their own statements to customer services showing the charge-back but I'm not getting any response whatsover possibly because of the covid threat, ive had chat window open for 6 hours now, has anyone experienced this before? the refund isn't showing in my timeline but is confirmed by email and a downloaded statement.
