Can a person take there money back once they've bought the item

Dose anyone know of a person sends me a large amount of money when they purchased something from me they won't be getting The item until they come pick it up but there sending the money first

There is no Seller Protection available for items you sell that are picked up locally. When selling goods and using PayPal to receive payment, PayPal request a tracking number (signature confirmation on items over $750.00) for you to receive Seller Protection.
