I am trying to sell some tickets for a concert, and the payment will be through paypal. If the person pays me and I transfer the tickets to them, can their payment be cancelled? Or what if the bank or card they used has insufficient funds? Does the payment get cancelled? Basically- is there a way that the money doesn't go through but my tickets are gone either way?
