Posted record in Jan to address in Spain from UK
Buyer contacted me in Feb to say it hadn't arrived
I contacted courier to find out that delivery was attempted but no answer so package is at courier depot awaiting collection
I tell buyer they respond with " I cannot do this as I live in Chile "
I have since received numerous rude messages asking for immediate refund
According to courier , record was returned to UK in Feb but I have not received it
Can a buyer have a paypal primary address on a different continent to the one they reside in?
