A BANK IS MAKING PAYPAL HOLD MY MONEY $22.98 FOR A TRANSACTION DONE JAN.13, 2018 AND THE PEOPLE STATED DID NOT RECEIVE PACKAGE AND FILED ON APRIL 17, 2018 TO GET MONEY BACK FROM BANK. PAYPAL IS BEING TOLD TO HOLD THE MONEY. i CONTACTED MANY PEOPLE ON FACEBOOK AM CALLING BANK ON MONDAY AND WHEN FIND BANK WILL FILE POLICE REPORT AGAINST THE BANK AND THE PEOPLE FILING FALSE CLAIM. 3 MONTHS LATER THEY FILE HOW ABOUT A WEEK OR TWO, 3 MONTHS...THEIVES, THUGS, ROBBERS.....

A buyer has up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item.
As long as you keep your trackable proof of delivery then you will win any claim for that reason.
Advice is voluntary.
