Hi there, I have just sold someone a saturday festival ticket, after posting on facebook and advertising. We agreed a price and they paid over paypal, and I sent them the ticket. They are now claiming I falsely advertised the ticket as a full weekend ticket instead of a standard saturday ticket, and are wanting a refund. I declined as i have not falsely advertised, they just couldnt read. It has now been escalated in paypal disputes, and I am worried that they will get the refund, along with having the ticket that i sent after they paid. the paypal dispute page wont let me upload a screenshot of the advertisement as it is text only. Is there a way I can upload this evidence or have it seen in my favour? Thanks in advance!
