Hi, I’ve recently refunded someone who purchased a 90 pound item from me. She claimed it had a stain that was unremovable, they claimed this after 14 days of receiving it. I still offered a refund and for them to return the back, it’s came and it’s in worse condition than when I sent it off and it has money in it clearly showing it has been used. What can I do?

Sadly nothing via paypal if you have already issued a refund.
Small claims court is your only option?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
