Hello! I have sold and shipped out an item via goods&service. When I go to Paypal to update the tracking number, I realized the buyer didn't include their address, but they put their address in the note instead, so I can't add in tracking number. I then notice that "payment without shipping address are not covered by Paypal's seller protection". This makes me a bit worry. This is the first time I encounter this. What if the buyer file a false claim? As this item i sold is quite high value so I'm a bit worried. May I know if Paypal will resolve fairly in case any problem arise for case like this?
I have shipped out the item so now there's nothing much I can do but hope it's just another smooth transaction..
