Hi, I have a buyer bought a phone from me worth $800+ and it was delivered as I checked the tracking. But he said it was stolen from his mailbox because it doesnt have a SOD, after few days he said they founf the thief posted the stolen phone in facebook marletplace and ask me if the phone's box has a marker written on it. And I said yes and ask him if he can send me at least a screenshot of the thief or a facebook marketplace listing but he never did. I have a proof that the phone is delivered in his mailbox and a photo from AusPost, Do you guys have any suggestions here what should I do? thanks
