Buyer asking for refund after about 135 days after he received the itemes

Hi every one 

I recieved an email from Paypal that a buyer opens a case to refund the money after more than 130 days from he recieved the items and the reason for that he said "Not as described" . 

I am sure that I described the items accurately and sold thousands of them and no one else complains about the product.

The paypal hold money from my paypal account .

 

Please advise me how can I deal with this issue

 

I tried to contact paypal customer services but I couldn't to reach them
