Hello all. I’m having a bit of a concern with a potential buyer. They wish to meet up for a product sale, and intend to pay a portion of the sum in cash, but the remainder of the purchase price through a PayPal invoice issued by me. My concern is, once the PayPal invoice I’ve issued has been paid and I’ve handed off the item, will the buyer be able to cancel that payment following our trade-off?
