I have had an unauthorised transaction case closed and ruled in the other persons favour however it shows in my transactions that I refunded the money to her! PayPal have said I cannot appeal the decision and it’s out of their hands as it’s a bank that they went up against. There has to be more that I can do as it’s there in black and white that her money was refunded
