I want to "bellalhossainmondal" username but this "bellalhossainmondal" not available for me. This id has no profile in PayPal

The profile could be hidden from search by the profile owner, use a different username.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
