Thanks for your post, I am sorry to know that you do not recognize the name in your account. You can change the name on your account on the web (up to 2 characters) if it's misspelled, and only once after creating your PayPal account. I would suggest you to login to the account and change the name as per your identity, it would take 3-5 business days to update your name. I hope this helps.
