two factor authentication code is not receiving to my mobile

Hi Team,

 

I am having a philippines account. Having the two factor authentication facility here as well. But when Im trying to log in to the account, it is not allowing me to access because I am not receiving the authentication code. Can anyone tell me how to access it?
