spanish Social Security Card not accepted, Identification issue, Residential issue,

Hi,
I opened a PP account for my US-NPO last week. Then PP asked for my personal identification documents. I uploaded my German passport and my Spanish Social Security Card (I am Spanish resident). Now I got feedback that the Social Security Card is not accepted as dokument, obviously PP only accepts US-Social Security Cards. My problem is: I am not a US-Resident. I do not have personal US-Documents. My NPO is legally incorporated in the US and I provided EIN-number and all documents that were asked for (and it is legal to run a US-Non-Profit-Corporation as a non US-Resident). What can I do to identify myself for PP? Thank you for your suggestions.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a Paypal account registered in the country where you live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

It is not about my personal account!

It is about the PP-account of a US-Non-Profit-Corporation that is incorporated and registered legally in the USA. Thus it can not apply for a PayPal account in another country then the USA. 

I am the representative of this US-Non-Profit-Corporation. But PP does not accept my identification document as mentions in the question. Please: What can I do to identify myself for PP as a not US-resident?

You have a U.S business account which you cannot use as you do not live in the U.S.

I am writing to inquire about the required documents for identity verification. I am currently residing in South Korea and hold South Korean citizenship. Additionally, I am the representative of a corporation established in the United States, and I possess an Employer Identification Number (EIN). However, I do not have an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or a Social Security Number (SSN).

Given my circumstances, could you please advise on which documents I need to submit to complete the identity verification process?
