Hello, is it possible for me to set up a US Paypal Plus account while living abroad? I received my stimulus check and i want to cash it via Paypal. I have set up an account, but it looks like it's different from a US Paypal plus account.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
