I accidentally sent the money to my old account and I can't open it already. Is it possible to call the customer service and ask them to refund the money I sent to my old account and close that account

If the old account is closed then it should show as unclaimed on your paypal account and not sent/completed or payment?

My old PayPal is not yet close the money i sent there is in there but the problem is I can't get that money because I have no access already called the PayPal they say that they will transfer the money I sent there to my new PayPal and after that they sent the money they will close my old account . I really hope they will do that .I have some trust issues
