phone number not showing

when I try to connect to my PC, at the time of validation by telephone, it show me my Swiss telephone even though I am in France, but when I tried to connect to my neighbor's PC, the swiss phone number did not appear and he only showed me an old, unvalidated phone number

You can find the number to reach us by going to https://www.paypal.com, scrolling to the bottom of the page, selecting Contact, then clicking Call us.
