'personal id number'?

what about 'personal id number'? Other place said 10 letters/numbers from bottom of pic page on passport, no happiness - what should I try now?

Look at the bottom of your passport page with your picture. There is your ID number and other numbers and letters. Type them and it should work.

yes, others suggested that but it did not work for me. But I checked around today, and they said, for an expat like me, who works here and has a tax account, the Thai 13-digit tax number is what they want - and that worked for me. Hope this helps others -
