Is there a way to get a copy of the messages between myself and the customer service person I spoke with?

The transcript of the chat is in the Message Center for up to 90 days from the date of the conversation.

The note below in the Message Center also states to Contact PayPal Customer support for a copy of the messages. Conveniently there is no further link on the new web page that opens, which would direct someone to get that support. Here is the exact message displayed.

"Messages are available in the Message Centre for 90 days from the day originally sent. If you would like a copy of any messages prior to that timeframe, please contact us."

I am having the same issue with the PayPal Assistant folks.
