made mistake making busines account and have stuck money there also want me ID

hello first of all i made me paypal long time ago and didnt know what personal and bussines is et first , now i have +- 1800 usd there that i want to withdraw to me bank but there is a catch me account is limited till i provide me ID with i would like to provide but when i click o nthe announcement there is no link to provide ID only that me card was confirmed nofing else 

i need the money but next problem is i dont have busines and if they will want bussines i cant add any busines us i dont own one  can someone help me pls ?

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

ye i understand that but i need to withdraw me money stuck there that i cant withdraw then i provide ID but there is no page to provide ID to paypal

still waiting for KYC being done !! ITS already 5 days and they didnt done it ! first support sayed me on phone call it will be done  11.7. then i called again et 11.7. now they sayed its in ther back office team and will be done 12.7. again i called et 12.7. they said it will be done this day or et monday becous they do not work et weekends ! it wasnt done 12.7. it will be 15.7. and i bet it still will be not done  ARE YOU JOKING PAYPAL !!

and when i asked them to return the money back becous i need the money in mondey they say they cant ! is this a joke ?

still not done today 15.7. called the paypal call support and again 6 times already the same answer i will get it to back office team ? what the F is going on there. Soo its wasnt still given to back office team or what why i am getting 6 times the same answer

Case solved account unblocked And money withdrawed , account Changed to personal it was glitch in system with kyc
