login impossible - phone number no longer in use

Good afternoon,
I expect many have encountered the same problem and it seems pretty weird to me that PayPal never thought about this sooner: I recently moved countries and have a new phone number.
I can't, however, login to my account without PayPal asking me to send a text to my old expired number in the country I used to live in. In other words, I simply can't log in.
Any solutions?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to close your old Paypal account and open a new Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Sincere thanks for the info, but PayPal's MO is not really client-friendly then. My problem being that I only changed phone numbers. My bank accounts nor cards nor email address etc are changing. And when I want to get in touch with their support team, there's NO email address I can find, and I can't go online as they keep on asking for a text message to be sent...

If you moved countries you would still have to open another paypal account if you are not living in Belgium anymore.
Also any cards / bank accounts would need to have the same address as your paypal account which would not be Belgium ones if you have moved.
If just using the app then you would need to download a new app to your new phone and add in your new countries details as per link.
