Does message center work 24/7? If not, what are the working hours?
I actually tried to contact PayPal support through "Message us," and when I click on "No, I need more help" it lags with no response at all. I tried multiple times and I waited for 30 to 60 min multiple times as well!
Could anyone please help if there is any other way to reach PayPal support?

Lies! I can't message or get thru on the phone line. I want to cancel my PayPal accounts and these scammers make it as hard as can be

I communicated them through private messages on twitter, and they did reply within few hours. I don't like twitter for such issues, but I had to.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get a response using Message Us feature, and I had to communicate PayPal on Twitter which I don't like due to the fact that I don't like to share personal information such as financial transaction info. on public social media at all. These networks are not trusted in terms of privacy as we saw many issues/cases on the news over the past years.
