i forgot my paswword and now i don't have any ways to log back

hello 2 days ago i losst my paswword to the paypal, and when i go click on i forgot my paswword my paypal instanly write me message "sorrt but we can't veify its you" when i try to do it on mobile its wannt the id from me, but i have problem the name on paypal dont' match with mine. i'm be very grateful for help. thxx
