how to changes business account to personal account. this os taking me so long to fix.

hello i need help first my account is business account and i didn't notice that and now i want to changes my business account to personal account. And suddenly PayPal said "you can no longer use PayPal" and my money paypal balance still there and now im having trouble to get my money as soon as. still my account right now is business possible. I'm contacting them but non of them helping me.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
