how can i get back into my locked paypal account?

how can i get back into my locked paypal account? it wants security questions that i dont know as i typed random things asuming a sms code is all i would ever need but some idiotic EU law apperantly needs it, like name of 1st school, which seems more like a security risk question that a secure one, as all it can be is either "school" or "a school", either way i didnt answer them legit and probably used some profanities i cant recall, i sent paypal an email, giving all personal data they could ever need and explained their phone dont wrk, they responeed with a generic copy past of call us here, didnt even bother reading the email. so how the hell do i get my account back? or did paypal just steal my money and copy paste me to **bleep** off its ours now?

the label has nothing to do with it but apperantly im forced to select a label that is wrong than have no label at all, so not **bleep**

also it says PSD2 it needs strong authentication, now instead of using like: enter id number, partial credit card info or IBAN of linked bank account, things only the owner would know. they went with easy questions that are very easy to get access to. maiden name? part of my log in email, and name of 1st school is a school as its not like they have special names. so they were forced to have strong security so they went for the weakest security possible for any hacker like person

I understand you're unable to log into your account because you're being prompted to answer security questions to which you do not have the answers. I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused you. Working with Customer Support would be the only way to gain access back to the account. I suggest trying an alternative option of reaching out.
