Yes, i know, but i have Georgian account and Georgian card, so it was locked yesterday, what should i do if i can't call?

You are only allowed two PayPal accounts if one is personal and the other one is a business account.

If you have two of the same type then that may account for the limitation.

Also if you are in Russia and not Georgia then you can't use another countries PayPal account.

So what should I do if I have money in my Georgian account? Should I forget about it? My friend can help me and log into my account from Georgia and transfer money to my card. Place help me to unlock my account.

Welcome back to PayPal's Community Forum. I understand you're concerned about transferring funds out of an account you have registered in Georgia. Are you currently residing in Russia? If so, please understand it is against our User Agreement to open an account based in another country. With that in mind, any funds received may not able to be transferred to your account or withdrawn. I wouldn't recommend having a friend log into your account to transfer funds, as that's against our User Agreement as well. However, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see what options may be available.
