I'm sorry to hear you're being prompted to update every time you open your PayPal account. It sounds like you might be using the PayPal App; is that right? If so, I recommend checking to see if you have any recent updates that might need to be downloaded. If not, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the App and clearing the App's cache in your phone's app settings. If you're still being prompted to update, please reach out to Customer Support through one of these options.
